Cozy group overnight stay in Diffelen at our Farmhouse De Ooievaar

Stay with your group in an old farmhouse right in the middle of our property! Farmhouse De Ooievaar offers a cozy group accommodation for up to 30 people. Nearby, there are also six trekking huts available for extra sleeping space, allowing room for an additional 24 guests! This non-smoking farmhouse is particularly suitable for families, associations, church groups, and companies. The accommodation is also accessible for people with disabilities: the farmhouse has adapted beds, a separate bathroom, and a stairlift.

About the accommodation

Farmhouse De Ooievaar is located on our beautifully situated 4.5-star campsite in a stunning recreation and nature area. The group accommodation spans two floors: the living area is located on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are on the first floor.

The ground floor and terrace with a hot tub!

The living area features a cozy seating area around an open fireplace, complete with a smart TV. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, two induction cooktops, and two combi microwaves. On the ground floor, there are two bathrooms, including an accessible bathroom for people with disabilities, featuring a shower, toilet, and sink. The second bathroom has 3 showers, 4 toilets, and 3 sinks. There is also a bedroom for 2 people with an adjustable bed on this floor.

On the terrace, you'll find a lovely covered area with several picnic tables, as well as additional tables and chairs. You can also enjoy relaxing in your private hot tub with your group! Simply fill the hot tub with water from an outdoor tap and heat it up with a wheelbarrow of wood. Enjoy the warm water, jet streams, and atmospheric LED lighting. The hot tub is exclusive to your group and can accommodate 10 to 12 people.

The first floor

The first floor features six bedrooms: two rooms with 8 beds, three rooms with 3 beds, and one room with 2 beds and a bunk bed. All single beds are box spring beds, and each bed is equipped with a duvet and pillow. Additionally, there is another bathroom on the first floor with a shower and toilet.

The number of sleeping places can be expanded with 6 trekking huts located next to the farmhouse.

Activities for young and old

Familiepark De Vechtvallei and the surrounding recreation area offer numerous activities that you can organize yourself or book through an outdoor company. Our park features sports fields for football and volleyball, a restaurant, trampolines, and an indoor swimming pool with toddler pools.
